Stomach Ulsers More Condition_symptoms

Oswego, the first three days of snow

Monday, February 28: 7:00 drive from Quebec city to city Oswego, New York State. I was pretty broke my weekend. I must say that I did not help during the last night, mouhaha.

We arrive late in the day. The road was not so easy with this Snowstorm giving hard time to Pat the rag on the highway. It was he who was warming, I was finished too.

Trivia of the Day: The good old Honda accord that does not take off at the border and customs which we find quite a few pockets. It's pretty.

The road improves and then we arrive late in the day to find Fred, Carol and Johanne in our mansion!

We leave soon for an hour of running relaxed in neighborhoods nearby. 13 km later, a nice plate of pasta ahead.

I'm too tired to eat and sleep as I should. It's dangerous and I know, but I'll be careful this week ...

Tuesday 1 st February: It prepares our business and go to 4 hours of cycling at about 10:30, when the temperature will allow. It's pretty cold, but the road is dry and the sun now. The kind of day that you stay home if it is in September, except that in March it was all fire ass!

Anyway, it is known, no bad weather, just bad clothing. If we had wanted to stay warm in our rooms, we would not make the trip so far.

Arrested for eating excellent paninis after 1:45, we decided to stick with our plan of 4 hours of cycling, especially since it's a little warmer now.

The return is a tailwind and we spend a few relays a little longer supported but no more. This is probably the experience accumulates. Since I ride my bike, it's the first time that the first outing of the year is not worthy of a race full of borders and attack each sign.

Anyway, if you want a sign with sprinter mitts snowboard you better get up early!

returned home after 3:40, it connects right away with a mere 20 minutes of running before going to dinner and relax.

From 20:00 it's time to bathe. A nice little one-hour session to complete the swim day. Many of our associates jasette English corner, Gene "Simons" and Scott "Towel" (sorry for the fictitious names), and several shooting underwater video, but also several lengths techniques anyway. Honorable mention to the two rescuers who we slept in the face!

Throughout these 24 hours, we also listened to the movie "What It Takes," whose trailer is here . Not a bad film as feeble. Peter Reid is a bit crazy and it does not really taste like him. Probably they will not listen to each week as gang Without Limits or Chasing legends !

Besides that, the great word of the day belongs to unanimously Pat the rag: "Dave Eille, number, finish it or not THE WATER?" Eille it is beautiful!

Wednesday, March 2: This day is also called "February 30, 2011," as we have seen by reading the training diary of Fred ... Incidentally it was the gesture of a poor item. It is beautiful too!

It is as cold as yesterday, no sun and heavy wind. Two questions:

1 - We ride in bike or not?

2 - Where does the expression "He sold the horse to dent?

We agree on the fact that at the time, farmers dehorning cattle at a certain time of year when it blew hard, but also the fact that we are going to dress very warm and try to ride 1:30.

It's always difficult to ride in these conditions, but we achieved our objective, not without sending a few members of our expedition (Luc Boivin, more often than not) in the decorations on a few occasions!

We're back at home, not bad on the verge of starting to freeze. I still very numb fingertips on my frostbite on Saturday in the pentathlon and I can not help me every day, but I'm careful and it will eventually pass.

It does not help me not write these lines not more often requires that I begin my sentences because I miss my keys. It's a hard life haha. What I would not do for you?!

The time to remove the shorts (and recover from the panties, of course), we went for 2 hours of running. It still freezes and you wonder how it was to ride in this crazy time there are less than 15 minutes!

The suggested route is pretty cool. Say it changes the Lake of the nations in Sherbrooke !

The pause Coffee shop after 1h30 of racing is enjoyed by everyone. It spoils of big cakes and good coffee Starbuck before running off towards the house and stretching for the wonderful dinner cooked by Johanne.

We have just enough time to listen to the excellent movie 127 hours in the evening to realize that there are some times where we might be have said that they were going by bike or snowshoe. You must see the movie to understand that last sentence ...

Everyone then goes to bed around 9:30 and it starts today!

The taste of coffee in bed this morning and said that Proust

Breakfast Proust at the end of his life

"The taste of coffee in bed this morning brings us hope of a beautiful wave time once so often, while we drank a bowl of white porcelain, when the day was still intact and full, we began to smile in the bright dawn of uncertainty. An hour is not an hour, it is a vase full of scents, sounds, projects and climates. " Marcel Proust (Time Regained) Photography: Hotel Ritz. In the last years of his life, Proust had his habits at the Hotel de la Place Vendôme, founded by Cesar Ritz. (Quote from Thursday on an idea cloth)

Foods That Help Migraines

Pachyderm, Frederik Peeters of my comics on Wednesday

This week I managed to read 10 comic books, with varying degrees of success. I will remember for chronic following: Maus, Matteo, In my Open Space and Rosangela. Perhaps the book by Thomas Ott " 73301-23-4153-6-96-8" a Funny album without words.
one I chose for this Wednesday is a one shot, an album of 90 pages enigmatic name: "Pachyderm" and cover design but equally troubling that sums history, what we do realize that at the end! A young woman falls back on a deserted road losing itself in an endless blue horizon. One can only admire its beautiful boots 1900, very sexy.
One story, classic in appearance, with a beginning and an end but this sudden bursts of fantasy hardcore, of course, very confusing. That looks exactly the young woman Carice , making strange discoveries, beginning with the pachyderm early causing a monstrous traffic jam in the forest leading to the hospital where the waiting her husband seriously injured? The author says he conducted his story backwards, the end being the true beginning of reality.
a specific place: a large hospital Geneva and its surroundings with the need of doctors, nurses, patients and visitors to give the illusion of reality, but all are quirky, unconventional, as this disturbing surgeon who dream opera singer after each operation but which is also the thief of gold teeth of his patients.
A Time: the fifties with its whiff of Cold War anti Communist spies, and his Nazis converted the beginning of emancipation Western women.
Heroin Carice , the young woman's search for her husband in a large hospital without being able to find it. She made numerous meetings that hinder his search. The strangest is his confrontation with itself become a very old woman who gives him advice before disappearing. Fetuses also have a disturbing trend to multiply around her. It is true that it would become a mother!
And so on! Was cited Kipling, Hergé, David Lynch, Bunuel as references to this comic. For my part, I must admit that after being very unsettled at the beginning, I ended up loving this album many thanks largely to the drawings which are surprisingly accurate and suggestive. For once these are images that I have trained and confident. They really guided me to guess the bottom of this story so strange in appearance but which is very simple post.
I loved it! (18/20 for Yaneck)

Here the ritual Top Bd monthly Yaneck !

Actually the notes do not talk to me too! I rely only on the assessments and that is what makes this time Yaneck following notations. It's funny because he gets upset a little against certain notes. I encourages and discourages him according to his preferences. In short it engages and reveals. That's better! That's less than a cold list!

So go see him in this series of reflections. It seeks new blood!
